Transformation of a single terraced house into four new 2 bed flats for a developer

The fitout was designed to be simple and practical, to suit the longterm requirements of the developer who would be renting out all four apartments.

Bathrooms and kitchens were designed in a modular way, so that the same design could be applied to all four apartments, with minor variations if required on each floor.

The house forms part of a residential terrace running approximately north south between Kensington High Street and Shepherds Bush.
